Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Pricing terms include:

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the agreed price
• For custom and bulk orders, pricing is determined based on order volume, customisation requirements, and fabric specifications, and will be communicated via a formal quotation
• Payment must be made through our accepted payment methods, which include bank transfers, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other options as displayed during checkout
• International orders may be invoiced in USD, GBP, AED, or other currencies as agreed upon
• Applicable taxes, including GST, will be added to the order total as per Indian tax regulations
• Advance payment may be required for custom and bulk orders as specified in the quotation

Custom and Bulk Orders

Custom and bulk uniform orders are subject to the following specific terms:

• All custom orders require a detailed written specification, including sizes, colours, fabric type, logo placement, and quantity
• A formal quotation will be provided and must be approved by the client before production begins
• An advance payment (typically 50% of the total order value) is required before production commences
• Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the personalised nature of the products
• Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, quantity, and material availability
• Minor variations in colour, stitching, or finish are inherent to the manufacturing process and do not constitute defects
• Sample approval is the client's responsibility; Arvind Industries is not liable for issues arising from approved samples

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, photographs, videos, and software, is the property of Arvind Industries and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission
• Use our trademarks, trade names, or brand identity for any purpose without explicit authorisation
• Download or copy content for commercial use or for the benefit of any third party

Client-provided logos and designs used on custom uniforms remain the intellectual property of the respective clients. Arvind Industries may use completed order images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arvind Industries, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our website or services
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim
• Delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government actions

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arvind Industries and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your misuse of our website or services.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or disagreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India, with Jaipur as the seat of arbitration. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Modifications to Terms

Arvind Industries reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Severability
