Fabric & Material

Constructed from a heavy-duty polyester-cotton ripstop blend (65/35) at 240-260 GSM, this uniform resists tearing, abrasion, and harsh weather. The ripstop weave includes reinforced threads that prevent small tears from spreading. The fabric is treated for water resistance and UV protection. Colour-fast dye technology keeps olive green, khaki, navy, and camouflage patterns vivid through rigorous washing and sun exposure. Shrinkage is controlled to under 2%.

Design & Features

The set includes a tactical shirt and cargo-style trousers. The shirt features a mandarin or pointed collar, reinforced shoulder epaulettes, and buttoned chest pockets with drainage eyelets. Trousers include six utility pockets: side slash, thigh cargo with Velcro flaps, and a rear pocket. Reinforced knee and seat panels withstand crouching and prolonged sitting. All seams use double-needle chain stitching. Arvind Industries provides custom embroidery, Velcro patches, and emblem printing.

Available in sizes S to 3XL with a tactical fit balancing professional appearance with functional room. The gusseted crotch and articulated knees allow full range of motion. An adjustable waistband provides a secure fit, and underarm ventilation panels improve breathability during warm-weather duty.

Care Instructions

Machine wash in warm water at 40°C. The fabric tolerates industrial laundering. Tumble dry on medium heat or line dry. Iron on medium-high heat. The ripstop fabric maintains structural integrity with frequent heavy-duty washing.
