Refund & Return Policy
At Arvind Industries, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom uniforms. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom Orders
Since all our uniforms are custom-made to your specifications (size, color, fabric, branding), custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has commenced. We strongly recommend ordering samples before placing bulk orders.
Defective Products
If you receive products with manufacturing defects (incorrect stitching, fabric damage, wrong specifications), you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will either replace the defective items or issue a credit for future orders at our discretion.
Wrong Orders
If we deliver the wrong product (wrong size, color, or design that does not match your approved sample), contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange replacement at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
- Before production starts: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- During production: 50% refund based on materials already consumed
- After production/dispatch: No refund available
Sample Orders
Sample orders (up to 5 pieces) may be returned within 14 days if the quality does not meet expectations. Sample charges are non-refundable but will be adjusted against your bulk order.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days via the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, or card).
